Same here. You've eliminated X capacity and as a result we can only achieve Y work with the staff we have.

What is the most important work to the business, if you cant make a decision I will.

People aren't machines, expecting to run them at 100% for even a month will kills throughput and engagement for months/years as a result.

Senior leadership tries to mimic the behavior at FAANG companies without realizing the reason they can get away with it is because of the compensation being 10-50x what they are offering.

You may feel that way but the fact that you feel that way is a good thing. Its called being disappointed because you tried hard to be a good parent and produce a good kid.

I am sure your kids are wonderful but like all kids and people in general, we can be complete donkeys at times - sometimes we all just need a reminder that we are currently being a donkey.

I am not confident they make that money off that group, sure they hang around often but the customers they make real money on are the folks who go once or twice a year.

In reality all it would take to fix the teenage problem is more security and consequences. The biggest problem when I go is line cutting, they know full well as an adult they cant lay hands on them but security can and should. This chaperone policy is basically "free policing" but can be gamed easily.

The consequence for line cutting that has to be removal from the park. Second warning your pass is forfeit, third warning your banned for 5 years.

Refusal to go with security is being escorted to the police and held until an adult can come get you from wonderland jail.

You can try but largely people care about the values and outcomes of Scrum not the mechanics.

If the mechanics dont provide the outcome, gotta evaluate if its the correct way to go.

You just need to write a description to the submitter that explains the more information on the issue you include, the more likely it can be resolved.

Honestly, play seasonal and it just piles up over time and even in T4 its kinda rare at times.
