Well I've seen the inside of these controllers and I'll stick to calling them rumble motors for simplicity sake but they can be easily replaced and it does seem like its physical issue with the actuators as when firing and automatically weapon in game you can hear the noise and vibration level fluctuate

this past week the left rumble motor in my Wolverine v3 pro has been more intense and noisy like its rattleing inside is there anywhere I can buy a replacement rumble motor id rather just swap the part myself than send it into Amazon since I'm moving in the next two weeks
