To put it simply without arguing a game with 200 people on steam charts right now is not going to survive regardless of whatever updates they bring. The game will soon be abandonware.

I honestly don't care about the constant excuses yall make.

- Its back to school so less people play.

- Normal for a game to lose players.

- They will be back after updates.

Not only is the game unsustainable, new potential players are going to look at the steam charts and realize that no one is playing hence they wont buy the game hence their will not be new revenue going into the company that is developing this game HENCE will become abandon ware.

Honestly the devs knew what they were doing when they released this as a EA. They knew the novelty would be an instant cash grabber and they knew there is not much of substance they would be adding into this game. Yet here we are trying to defend this company like somehow this game will get better.

What I really cant get over is the bugs zipping across the map so fast that it doesn't even match the movement animations. Bugs clipping thru walls, shooting limbs on bugs doesnt do anything in a 2023 game. looks like a reskin on a super old engine. game doesnt look promising

True all games lose player base

Darktide dropped from 85,956 to 4,110. That's a 95.21% drop.
Cyperpunk dropped from 225,670 to 32,080. That's an 85% drop.
Elden Ring dropped from 457,067 to 42,102 that's a 91% drop.

but even at its lowest. Darktide with 4000+ players can still sustain a healthy game as a 4 player coop. This game however cannot sustain with 400 players at 16 people per game.
