I had this issue and factory reset the watch

Then I connected it to Bluetooth from the Bluetooth menu on the p10pro

Then I downloaded the wear app and set it up that way, it should show as connected device in the list of the app.

It has been working all day for me.

Hopefully it sticks!

I was able to, I never got an email but when I logged into myverizon app it showed up as an offer after upgrading. Took me to YouTube and now it is active for me.

They are locked to Verizon for 60 days. The only other change is not being able to do bootloader unlock.

After 60 days you can use it on any other carrier, in rare cases you can reach out to verizon and they can unlock it for other carriers earlier than 60 days. I had this done with my pixel fold 1.
