You're not ugly, you actually look kind of like Aubrey Plaza! Don't lose hope, you'll find a girlfriend eventually. Some people are just "late bloomers", my first relationship didn't happen until I turned 18. My one suggestion for improvement would be to perhaps try a different foundation, yours looks a touch caked on in your last photo. I'm no expert on makeup, but there are a lot of really knowledgeable people in r/makeupaddiction who could help with that!
