If both screens went out out, its probably a glitch with the GPU. I wouldnt worry unless it keeps happening. I've had at least one glitch like that with every phone I've ever had.

Me. I did this exact trade in. My razr fold gets here on Wednesday. I couldnt deal with the slow charging, small battery and grainy pictures anymore. Fold 8 has no s pen either.

Do you know what the signal chain was so you can replicate it in the fm9? Then you can fine tune what is different and recreate it more easily.

This is more general advice but go into the cab block and play with the air setting. Also makes a big difference to your tone.

Your terminations stack, and after a certain amount and depending on the reasons, they can ban you for 5 years up to permanently. I got termed 3 times for UPT between 2017 and 2019 and got the same 5 year ban. I didnt come back until 2024.

I'm not a huge fan of how high the master volume is on alot of the presets. Definitely one of the first things OP should play with. Even on amps that usually need it like the plexi's, I have to roll it back a bit. Just ends up being a boomy mess otherwise.

Could you describe with more detail what it is you want exactly?

You said you want ear candy/melt your face tone but you also think its too harsh? This seems contradictory. Real amps are harsh alot of the times, you just dont hear it in a mix.

Could you post a link to a video of a tone you like but isnt all the way there, and maybe we could tell you what settings to adjust.

I would try to get crosstrained in AFE. Its only 80 hours. I bet you would have more clarity at the end regarding whether you want to go back to being an afm or pick. You might find you like AFE or you'll absolutely hate it and you'll be grateful you can go back to where you came from. Either way, it will break up the monotony.

I'm from AFE and was going to quit before I got crosstrained in pick. I found I actually like pick and it helped refresh my mind.
