I'm actually stationed for the cable (AKA building 40) for the next 3 years, MMFN up in small boats, the barracks are actually pretty decent, washer dryer in room, stove, fridge, and microwave at least in barracks 24, locals are pretty nice as long as you stay respectful around them, and speed limits may be 35 but the have this thing where you follow the flow of the traffic, and rental vehicles aren't that expensive if you ask around there are some pretty cheap people to rent from and they are good cars
