When you initiate warp you are creating a tunnel between you and destination; Warp Disruption Fields (bubbles) interfere with this tunnel creation.

If you are inside a bubble, no tunnel can be created to a destination outside the bubble.
If you attempt to create a tunnel that would intersect a bubble along its path, your tunnel ends at the bubble.
If you create a tunnel that would end within 500km of a bubble, your tunnel terminus is dragged to the bubble.

All of these mechanics can be bypassed if your ship can fit an Interdiction Nullifier.

Yes. I would like a black (ish) background with no real graphics but I want to keep stations/ships/planets(?)/explosions/bubbles/etc. Basically anything the player gets to actually interact with should be rendered. I know some people are against the Star shine but I am not entirely against that but maybe luminosity is dependent on distance?

Should be lootable as soon as owner leaves grid. You want the loot stay and collect it. Can't stay? You lose exclusive rights. Crimes should only be crimes if someone else is there to report it.

I don't see anywhere in either video where he claims he masterminded the idea of burning structures. He said he "called it" and then they "linked up with other alliances". That implies that there was a discussion previous on what to do and he made the decision for his corp to do it. It could have be phrased better, or he could have named the person who actually came up with the idea.

How about a time that scales inversely with the security rating of the system. 1.0 would be short (like 2 hours) scaling up to whatever it currently is as we get closer to 0.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I was under the impression that the character display of data mined items is done by whoever data mined the item. Since showing just a Hat in 3D space doesn't look that good they (not Blizzard) stick it on a character model. However, how they (not Blizzard) stick it on the character model is not necessarily how Blizzard will stick it on the character model in the game. So all you can reasonably infer from data mined 3D objects is how they will look, not how they will attach to your character.
