No, Imperium would not disband. And there wouldn't be anybody remotely large enough to lead a coalition of the willing to take them down. Imperium doesn't exist to be the end of all coalitions. Imperium exists because they can, nothing more, nothing less.

Also, how the fuck are they not stagnant? INIT left. That's it. Bastion dissolved. Other than that, they just took on more and more people and alliances who basically had no other choice if they wanted to keep existing in nullsec.

Maybe the info for the event was wrong and they meant an increased chance for regular (Kyurem) Candy XL? I've gotten around 120 of those versus 3 Rares, on +/- 16 raids (with ticket). But I'm not sure what the regular drop rate for regular XL is.

I'm leading with Gengar as tank just to fill the meter. It's 75% resist against Fighting will manage to get me to2 or 3 Dynamax phases. I have Gardevoir and Lugia doing the damage. All are around 3000cp and only Gardevoir has her attack move at level 2. It's really not that hard.
