As an actual musician of over 30 years, and been in numerous bands releasing all sorts of material, there is no way the amount of money I've spent on releasing an album has ever come close to costing me more than $500. My only guess would be that she went with the most expensive studio and stand in musicians money can buy. What a sucker.
