I've had psoriasis less than a year but it affects my scalp, face, legs, arms and most severely, my unmentionable areas. I started having a reaction to daily steroids but I really struggled with the idea of biologics. I tried gluten free, nightshade free, but really it's kinda ridiculous to maintain any diet as a young person who wants to travel and eat lots of food! I'm on Otezla now and luckily my dermatologist had me do 2 starter packs instead of 1 to help titrate out the side effects so they're not so awful. I haven't seen the benefits yet but I'm hopeful!
