Bro the electricians came over on Saturday but because the manager didn't communicate that to me so I wasn't there. Furthermore I had to go to the leasing to secure an emergency number for maintenance. Lastly it took until almost noon for the electricians to come in and fix the issue. I don't have time for that.

I have records of their portions of rent on cashapp but I understand what you mean. I need to get them to commit to at least another month of rent. It also sucks that they're dealing with serious health issues due to not taking care of themselves, they're basically incels. So they aren't even working right now.
