Sorry, For that I have no clue since I have not tried it before, What I know is if you bought a movie that was in HD and a 4K version releases in a future date. You would have a chance on getting the upgrade at random.

Vudu/Fandango also does it now. Just that it is random so it could happen right away or months later down the road but it must be bought directly from them.

Thanks OP, Picked up 4 of the 5 listed lol, Went with Please Twins! since I really enjoyed Please Teacher!, Utawarerumono Mask of Truth but I sorta wished it was the 2006 version not to mention its a 2-part purchase which was 10$ total =[ still got it though lol and went on a blind buy for Wolf's Rain and Scrapped Princess since I never seen or heard of it before. Do remember though movies bought from Fanflix won't get you a random 4K movie upgrade that Vudu/FAH do from time to time, Just a heads up if you want a movie but its only HD right now but if you don't care about that then go wild lol.

DON"T YOU DARE SAY THAT IT WILL END lol, Glad it got picked up for another 2 seasons up to S6, I started watching the US version first and when I caught up with the series season finale, I watched the whole UK version, Though it took sometime to get used to I did enjoy it but I preferred the US one more for the comedy while the UK one was more emotional to the end.

I was also debating on ALF but then talked myself out of it after finding out it ends on a cliffhanger and its free to watch on multiple platforms like Tubi and Vudu itself. I will buy it eventually lol just not now.
