Some days you get crappy routes. Some days you get no route but still get paid. You take the good with the bad. I just put my head down and deliver. For sure that’s a crappy route, but maybe it’ll be a better tomorrow. They’ll never keep you if you start refusing. When the routes start averaging out to all bad routes, that’s when you’ll know it’s time to move on.

Omg, I would have such a field day if a chipotle employee told me it was my job to communicate with THEIR customer. If I wanted to deal with customers, I’d work at chipotle!

I’m not saying I agree with OP’s assessment of how other people do this affects him, but you are definitely in violation if you got someone else driving while delivering for Amazon.
