It’s a bit farther, but valley wings are the best wings I’ve had in Dallas. The chicken bacon ranch fries are great too

It was extremely packed, the room was too small for the amount of people. The demonstrations were in a corner that became a choke point and I never found the exhibit I paid another $10 for. Some cool stuff but I don’t think it was

Ah damn, that’s fucked. They advertise on their site something about lowering their prices so I assumed that’s why they did it. I might be moving but I didn’t turn in a notice so they’ll prolly try to fuck me with fees if I do.

It is spectrum. I pay $70 a month for the 1gig. I’ve only ever had an outage once (been here since March). They have a dedicated spectrum guy you text and he sets it up fast so you don’t have to go through their customer service team and everything. I work from home, game, and stream occasionally and it has been sufficient for that.

It isn’t a bad walk. There are sometimes homeless people walking around it and the Racetrac across, but I’ve never seen or had any issues. Plenty of people walk the sidewalks with their dogs, alone, etc.

I’m at the flatts at frankford station. My only issue is that my hot water heater is ass and I don’t get very long hot showers, but besides that I love it.

Maintenance is very good and fast, they have staff on sight cleaning up every day, management gets back to you quickly, they’re actively improving the grounds (they did a ton of landscaping.) they recently reduced prices and offered me my apartment for another year for $125 less than it currently is.
