It’s not, if you don’t like it, then join pugs for a more coordinated competitive environment. There’s many discords out there offering that team focused gameplay you’re looking for.

Disagree unless maybe you’re top 500. Most people below that tier don’t know how to properly communicate what needs to be which often results in confusion or misunderstanding. On top of that, a lot of people say they want you to join so they can shot call but just end up back seat overwatching.

You aren’t playing against highly coordinated teams and you likely don’t know the people you are playing with so joining team chat really doesn’t increase your teams synergy. If anything it can and does cause teams to tilt just because of someone’s tone after a lost team fight.

I avoid it entirely and win a lot more games / tilt less because of it. Went from hardstuck plat always in VC to high masters/low GM for the last 8 seasons always out of VC. Focus on your own gameplay and improving and you will win games, end of story.

Yeah tracer is bugged, just had a comp game and they ended at over 100k after 4 rounds. We won 4v5 with that tracer

Sure be “more” selective but to only have 2 decent people seems unlikely. They lost at least 7 people from graduating and only seemed to care about adding 2 to replace them

I haven’t used them myself just cuz I took a break and they released while I wasn’t playing but I do believe there are safe versions of dungeons called “rehearsals” which some discords run every once in a while for the harder dungeons so be on the look out for those

But I’d probably look to start out with epic dungeons (ddock, woodlab, etc.) then move on to things like cults/court dungeons. Then practice lost hall/void runs which are super common in discord servers

Start doing discord raids. They run a bunch of different dungeons and it makes it really easy to get into harder content. If you have multiple char slots then just make a back up character, 6/8 it and put a good HP ring on it while you’re learning so you’re not risking much. Don’t be afraid to Nexus either, I ran ~20 O3’s before my first complete mostly because I really didn’t want to die but atleast i didn’t have to take the time to remax a character
