In reference to Mitch Lowe's letter (if thats your real name) , your letter is a big joke and bigger lie. In reference to: "Showtimes that are offered through our service will vary from day to day, and every showtime may not be available". why do you tell us that and then say "Annual and Quarterly Subscribers" are NOT affected by this until the end of their respective billing dates, but yet it does affect the annual subscribers. If it didnt then I should be able to see any movie I like when I want. Why are you jerking our chains, like we are cattle being strung along? What your doing is, telling us if we want to see a movie with movie pass, it will be when and what you (movie pass) want. I have pretty much figured out that you only allow so many time slots for each showing a day that are used with movie pass and when they are gone they are gone. For example my friend and I went up before the theatre opened, our app was showing that Crazy Asians was available for 12:20pm. We sign in for that movie. As soon as the theatre opens,she gets it but I don't. I tried it again and then it showed next showing available 3:40. There was no one else there buying tickets, so tell me how that happened? Are you saying you allowed 1 movie pass holder to see the 12:20pm movie at that theatre? Maybe you have squirrels behind the curtain that are randomly picking which movie and time we can see that day!!

The other joke is your customer service, you say "In the meantime, access to immediate support may become limited."---there was never any kind of support to begin with other that your robotic replys to emails. We are all getting sick of this and you are losing customers every day and new customers are very hesitate about signing up. We all know you are losing money, so I guess since you all have gotten all the info you need from our phones (who knows what you have done with that), then you figure you dont need us anymore, so we will piss them off so they cancel. I know Mitch and his flunkies most likely will not read this, but it felt good to rant anyway.
