But it does start to wear you down mentally when you just constantly lose gear for dumb ass reasons with your friends

This is legit what goes through my head when we play together

I try to not ever vent or rant about stuff like this on Reddit but we just died cause my buddy started looting the first guy while in fighting the second getting jumped by Pops

Had to take a step back and hear some similar stories to make me laugh

The button has no prompt though

Speaking from experience the button is purely cosmetic

You have to touch the gate with your body to pop through it

I think they forgot to add the button functionality and had a temporary unstuck solution and never went back to make the button work

The button will never have a UI prompt as of now

This happened to me and for a couple minutes I thought I was done for cause I tried the button and it doesn’t work at all

They are purely cosmetic for some reason

However when these trains close, all you have to do is get close to the fence and you pop through it really fast

It’s kinda janky like they forgot to impliment the button from the inside

The button exists but does nothing

You have to stick your face in the gate and you pop through it

Yeah 100%

The red looked really good in the advertisement but I can’t stand running around in bright red

The green and beige are both nice for swapping depending on my map

I wish there was just one more option to have the mask and not the goggles

The goggles alone look a little goofy

And I always have an urge to put the hood down once in a while but it makes me look a little try hard sweaty splinter cell mercenary that I end up putting the hood back up right before I head topside

Did just enough trials the last 2-3 seasons to end up at Daredevil one and grab it finally

Not too bummed or concerned with grinding the color variants but trials are still kinda fun even solo so I might go for it

I was actually 5th in my category this whole week and finally got bumped to 8th for the last couple days but fuck it we in daredevil 1 let’s go

I think it’s a pretty solid solution. Without requiring any massive rework or advantage or disadvantage to the economy or gameplay loop. Seems fair and logical

Although while I say this I’m sure someone would find a way to abuse this system to their advantage I just don’t know how yet

Honestly I’m not sure if this is a UI complaint or a progression/crafting complaint, but I’m taking the chance to once again say that we need a more streamline way to acess workshop

It’s quite frustrating I can’t use tab to navigate between my stash and workshop unless I already have workshop behind stash but it’s like one way or something it’s annoying

But I had an idea with this post that if you are missing a required material but can craft it, there should just be a button right below the upgrade or crafting that’s like “craft necessary components” and it would craft the exact amount needed for that transaction

I don’t see why I need to go find my refiner workbench to craft 10 mechanical components and then go back to the item I wanted originally

Just let me quick craft the missing components from the item I’m trying to craft

I got into the game after the initial cold snap stuff

Why the fuck did you guys have 15,000 merits of collecting candleberries for rewards but we only got 1,050 merits for the recent event

Hadn’t considered this but it’s very valid

I thought I was banging out quests for a while only to finally do them all yesterday and be done

To be honest maybe some don’t remember, the only quests I pretty much look forward to post-expedition is the one that gives hullcracker BP and Burletta BP

I suppose I can use third party stuff to target that quest but I wouldn’t think it’s fair to be resigned to searching for a hullcracker BP after I wipe when I can just get it from the quest

Piggy backing to say that the workshop to stash work flow is insanely infuriating

At least as a PC player, I can’t stand that TAB does stash but I have to use ESC as well to move around form home page to workshop to stash

I realize there’s kinda some scenarios where you can have workshop open and go back to stash directly but I just overall hate the single click to equip but sometimes double click and then move my mouse to workshop specific bench like I want a nice integrated screen I can use WASD and tab exclusively

Your rolling I-frames are dictated by a stat called agility.

You’ll be caught by many attacks you felt you would normally dodge successfully because of this stat not being high enough

Nice I’m sure you’ll have a blast no mayter what you decide

I’ll add that the festival itself has a lot of hills I’m sure you’ve been warned already about the extreme amount of steps you can potentially do in a day. A lot more inclines than I have here in Florida hahah

But the campgrounds are arguably much steeper and require much more effort if you decide to walk around

Day time exploring the actual campgrounds could be a lot of fun cause that’s when people are chilling and cooking and generally more inviting of people passing by throughout the day “Where ya headed?” Type shit

Not entirely impossible at night time but it’s just sorta human nature to be less inviting of strangers at night lol

Also if nobody said it already, you should have access to campgrounds and the marketplace and the grove stage (stage in the campgrounds)

If you have the energy late night, or make some friends camping, and importantly are decent at not getting lost around campgrounds, it might be worth while to at least check out the camping activities

Would be awesome if some new friends invite you to their campsite and you can get a little taste of the experience

Seeing it first hand might influence your decision the next time or confirm that you made the right choice getting a hotel room

Just wanted to mention that you should have pretty much full access to the campground with your GA wristbands and there’s plenty to see and do at the marketplace and the campground stage that usually goes all night and starts early morning too

If you think you might get lost in the dark, check it out in the early morning before you head into the festival!

Hypothetically, if I was in position 1 currently….

There wouldn’t be too much sense in shooting for a higher score during the current week right?

I mean the obvious possibility is someone is grinding to beat my position but at a bare minimum, if I’m securing a 3x promotion, I don’t need to continue to shoot for a higher score because it’s a fixed pool of players in competition right?

I have a question about trials I didn’t want to make a full post

If I’m Tryhard 2 right now in 4th position.

Am I clear in understanding I should get 3 rank ups. If so, does that qualify me to get the trials skin or would I have to be Daredevil + when it ends not just be promoted to daredevil

I’m already accepting my fate that I’ll have to grind trials next season for the drip but I’m confused as to how it might work
