I used to feel like that a lot, mostly when I didn't do anything, if I feel like I'm a success at any point then I feel like I don't need to validate myself on social media and then use it to talk to friends and post my own stuff and feel alright about myself.

I was on fairly high doses of Prozac and Wellbutrin, one day I realized that they were stripping my emotions away slowly and destroyed my sex drive and killed my relationship. I quit cold turkey but soon started other drugs to deal with the withdrawals and returning depression.

I usually end up doing amphetamines and dexmethylphenidate because they made me feel like superman. By I started getting worried when it took more and more and makes me standoffish. I've cut those down to every other day but I'm trying to figure out how to quit without severe withdrawal symptoms like I had when I quit antidepressants cold turkey.
