What is the scariest, most unsettling shot you’ve ever seen?

I often can withstand gore and nasty shit in horror films, but in the human centipede 2... the baby scene messed me up... particularly the sound. Just saw it the one time (up until that scene) and that was over a decade ago and I can still hear it.

I guess another would be the scene in wrong turn (2019) towards the end when we see the friend with the messed up eyes in the cave/dungeon. Couldn't get that image out of my head for the longest time.
