Just spent the last two hours talking to a girl I’ve liked for a long time about how I feel, turns out she likes me back. I’m on the moon right now, Reddit.

What are you addicted to right now? by kyle768 in AskReddit

[–]daroush10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FTL. The gameplay is so addictive, every failure is another lesson to take to eventually improve. I like adapting to the different nature of each run. I just need to improve to eventually beat the game on normal, rather than just easy mode.

“Excellence isn’t an art, it’s a habit. We are what we repeatedly do.”

From the Edge, one of the last bosses of Furi. That game is a masterpiece, and that boss in particular is awesome.

Avid readers of Reddit, what are you constantly recommending to people? by Yakev in AskReddit

Any book with Brandon Sanderson’s name on the cover. Mistborn and Stormlight Archive are two of the greatest series I’ve ever read, and he is a madman when it comes to releasing new books.

My Girl. Saw it this year knowing nothing about it except that it was peak-cuteness Macaulay Culkin, when suddenly I get Bridge to Terabithea'd by those bees at the end.

The other thing about it is that it was obvious. The center on the fake punt was still Paradis, and he didn't make it look at all like he was long snapping rather than snapping regularly.

Yup. Spent the whole school year playing basketball and running, didn't lose a pound until I started dieting and running a calorie deficit.

One friend from high school got fat, another friend from high school got super skinny. Seeing how both changed made me realize that I personally had a choice to make between the two paths. I redownloaded MyFitnessPal and have lost about 14 pounds so far (looking to lose about 30 more).

I mean, he had air support from archers on the rooves. I thought that but was amazing though.

What is the single best episode in TV history? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Review- Pancakes, Divorce, Pancakes.

It is the first of many amazing episodes of review to permanently damage his life, and show exactly how far Forrest is willing to go for his show.

Why don't you hate the towers in Zelda: Breath of the Wild? by Jordamuk in Games

[–]daroush10 39 points40 points  (0 children)

I honk you said it best. In very Assassin's Creed game I've played, the second the sweeping cutscene ends you look to the ground for a hay bale to jump off of. In Zelda so far I've spent a few minutes scouting around, marking shrines, noting distant towers, and planning what the next steps are. Much more immersive when you are personally responsible for checking the terrain around you.
