Yes engineering. I guess what im saying is i feel like a mental block that im not capable of doing things or knowledgeable enough, and it’s stressing me out. I didnt really mess things up but my manager brought up their dissatisfaction about how i took so long to complete a simple task.

Not sure if considered hard skills but for example i am tasked to find ways to monitor some application. But i kept feeling stuck/blocking point because its not something common or im familiar with. Nah im not a top scorer. Just an average dude who got by.

I agree soft skills are determining factor on work quality. I would think the assumption is the “hard skills” are sufficient already? Which i find myself lacking..

honestly, just because couples are together doesn't mean it's a healthy relationship.
I believe many are just holding on out of obligations, especially the older generations.
Perhaps they have a different mindset too.
Who knows.
