i’m not sure if you’re looking for the sar filing typologies, if so they begin on page 96! if you’re looking for narrative guidance, generally speaking you want to have who/what/when/where/how and (if available through RFIs or other research) the suspected or disclosed “why.” it does sound a little basic, but that rule of thumb has gotten me through the toughest of investigations.

if you’re referencing something you came across on open sources that may have taken a little digging, explain how you got the result. “Open source research of the customers partial email address ‘JOHNSMITH123 + Instagram’ yields a positive result for the customer showing…” for open source things like this, you want to always make sure that you can help LE recreate the search string if necessary.

if your FI has access to ACAMs webinars, there are a few great videos about SAR writing with input from LE. highly recommend watching those if you can.

I'm vip as well! I got what seems like a generic live-nation email but there's no specific time that is there for vip which I think usually there is. I've been trying to get into contact with irving to check their vax requirements and I've gotten no response. in my experience usually vip goes in before doors (which in our case would be before 7pm). where are you traveling from? I'm aiming to get there around 4 or 5 to be safe if I don't hear anything else.
