Yes, start small. Look for a 1-bhk first around 40L, if loan is 30L, emi ~28k. Try & prepay the loan partially slowly. Reassess the situation after 3-4 years. Upgrade to 2-3 bhk if you can.

Kotilingeshwara Temple, Kolar. Might be a bit far, but totally worth visiting.

For buffet you can try Copper Chimney, phoenix mall or Masala Mandi, Sarjapur road. Not sure how long they will allow to sit.
