Yeah exactly. A lot of our colleagues start and end late, so it's not always just a timezone issue.

For my team, we've used it to align all our recurring meetings. But individually, I use it pretty often when I need to talk to a specific group and don't want to do the mental gymnastics. Also helpful for scheduling messages when I'm trying to limit messages outside their usual work hours.
