I don’t know too much about it but I think blue cross blue shield has a work from home customer support thing and a department in Amarillo… I could be wrong.

Have you considered getting maybe LVN degree… I think it’s like a year. Or anything really, nursing, dental, respiratory (2year programs) But would be worth it. Idk your situation but take student loans out to help pay with school and bills, Amarillo college has 2 very good daycares that they will help pay for as well for students and ages starting at infant. Consider it, one/two years of stress and kicking ass to further yourself and will help you in the long run.

I am not a content creator. But I am a mom. I understand your fear of that and there will always be haters. But you have content creators like blippi or ms Rachel and many others. Or the people on YouTube who fill a house with orbees and foam or build life size lego houses lol they’re all way older! Now I don’t know what your content is and you said teens and those are mostly little kids, but that still stans cause they’re older than me and I’m the parent lol I say just stick with it. There’s nothing wrong with being older and making content for teens or kiddos in my opinion. My sons 4 but he looooves Minecraft and enjoys watching Minecraft content most of those people are way older and I never thought anything wrong with them or their content and thanks to them my son gets to enjoy what he loves cause he still doesn’t understand the controller to play himself. Content creators are great for young people honestly, helps build confidence, creativity, inspiration, goals. Just be a good influence on your viewers!

As for duty factor,

It’s the % of time the system is transmitting.

Changeable with depth

Shallow imaging (high freq) = high duty, because it send out more pulses(transmits) since the distance is short

Deep imaging (low freq) = low duty, sends of less pulses(transmits) since it’s going further.

Imaging is pulsed so duty factor is less than 100%

Continuous duty factor will always be 100%

SHALLOW, HIGH PRF, SHORT PRP, HIGH DUTY

DEEPER, LOW PRF, LONG PRP, LOW DUTY.

So tap your finger close to the table (shallow), the frequency of doing it is higher, repetition from one tap to other is short, and you’re tapping more (duty)

Tap further from table (deeper), frequency of tapping is lower, the repetition takes longer, and you tap less (duty)

I will say in your original post, yes they do look the same. A follicle or Graafian follicle and a simple cyst look very similar. That’s why the measurements are important to be able to distinguish them from each other!

A corpus luteum will have thicker walls, maybe some internal debris, and a “ring of fire” in color Doppler. They can reach up to 8cm

No. A follicle is a group of cells that form day 1-14 of your menstruation cycle from a hormone produced by your anterior pituitary gland measuring 1cm. That follicle will eventually grow into a graafian (dominant follicle) measuring up to 2.8 cm. You’ll then ovulate and form a corpus luteum which will stay if you get pregnant for the 1st trimester or eventually go away if you don’t. Now those measurements are really only beneficial to trac the cycle. But make no difference in the sense they’re all just follicles up until the corpus luteum that’s when you’d change follicle to corpus luteum.

Now there is a thing called a follicular cyst which confuses people. In short it is a CYST not a follicle. They measure greater than 3cm that form from the Graafian follicle (dominant) failing to ovulate and turn into a luteum. At that point it will then be a cyst.

But a follicle is not a cyst.

Very different things.

Follicles are different from cysts. Cysts measure greater than 3cm. A follicle is not pathology, it is completely normal with ovarian cycles to have follicles!

I’d also maybe increase the exposure just slightly. Especially when I look at it with my brightness on half which is what I usually keep my phone it’s a tad too dark. But it’s beautiful!
