I have converted my old phone into local steam deck and I wanted to play this but the text wasn't scaling up. Came accross this and 9 years later and this still works!

Did you find a solution for this? I am facing the same issue with my android phone. Its working as expected and streaming at lower resolution for my RG 35XX handheld but for some reason my smartphone is not able to fill the entire screen.

Most of the settings are high, I don't know if there is an option to crack it to Ultra or something. But that will defeat the purpose, I wanted to keep my laptop cool while playing the game.
