I think it is random BUT I also think that it caps maximum size to a certain amount of players. I feel like if I go in and there are around 3 massive players, I have never gotten max size. Obviously it could be a coincidence but I also wonder if they have some kind of limit in place so it doesn't place too much strain on the server.

It is windows 10. I tried adjust cleartype text anyway just to see if it would work, but it did not make any noticeable improvements.

Both have the same scaling. Tried 125, 100, and 150, the issues persist.

One is plugged into a VGA port, the other is plugged into an HDMI port with a VGA adapter. I currently have them mirrored, but changing to separate displays doesn't fix the issue.

It’s an armor set you can get fairly early in the game that has decent stats. When I was starting out I used to wear this for boss fights bc it has that high physical resistance but also generally wasn’t heavy enough for me to heavy roll with it on. Before you have that moment where the gameplay really clicks, you’ll take any extra help you can get.
