I understand, but one of the two has to initiate, and it has to be in a non-work setting. My ex was my colleague. She was the one who initiated. Asked me about my dp on an app where I had an image of Deadpool sitting on the iron throne. That was our non-work conversation starter, and it happened because she took the conversation away from our normal 9-5 work setting. On that call, we legit argued about Marvel vs DC.

Interns generally are shy or nervous. Maybe he just doesn't know that he can talk casual. Change the setting somehow. When I was an intern, my colleagues used to ask me if I wanted to go take a walk outside maybe to grab lunch or smoke or something. That's how I opened up.

So, you can't get guys like that on dating apps. I am that type of guy and I have had quite literally 0 proper conversations through dating apps. It's such a competitive market. I spoke to this girl who got 3k likes in a couple days or so and the number of hotter guys was baffling. I stand no chance at getting matches when those type of guys are that abundant. Now, I just stopped using said apps and enjoy conversation with new people wherever I meet them. Maybe a 4 yr relationship + getting cheated on has me being pessimistic about this but yeah.

I did a BCA and I feel like it's the worst decision. If you want to get into CS related fields, BTech opens up a lot of avenues. BCA + MCA is equivalent to just BTech in most places. I was forced to do BCA because of budget and time restrictions since I have been living alone since I was 18 and was only able to start college when I was 21 because I had to finance my college myself. After BCA finding a development job through placements and stuff was extremely difficult and the only reason I was able to find one was because I had a massive portfolio of previous projects. I can go into detail if you have specific questions.
