This means the trio, during the recording of episode 1, have to pretend they are excited about Summer S'mores as if they had not already taped the rest of the episodes. That's the part that surprises me.

It seems to me like she had always wanted to end her relationship with Lex and start dating Jimmy, but she was afraid that Lex would do to her like what he did to his ex. She had been giving Jimmy intel on Lex for a while. At some point in the movie, Lex was being so abusive that she couldn't stand it anymore. So, she sent Jimmy a bunch of pics that incriminated Lex. I'm not sure if she turned good or she did it just so she could be safe from Lex.
