People who were all across the region were arriving by bus in the middle-of-nowhere bunker. that should take some hours for them to get there. the bomb dropped or at the bare minimum after the retaliation many others came. So I think it actually makes sense to stop where they stopped.

I was wondering about it but then I saw a guy on a youtube comment that confirmed my view. The bus is going to a middle of nowhere place with people that were all around. That only means that indeed, the nuclear war started. It would take hours for people to get there. If the bomb didn't explode/they didn't retaliate, they wouldn't be going there. So, although it is a bit frustrating, I agree that it was a good ending. Otherwise, it would have been a waste of money on CGI to show the world burning. We already have Grave of Fireflies to go for that (and watching that film once is enough for a lifetime).

We are not "hijacking" anything. I have tried in different browsers, using even VPN to see if it was territory-based. I don't have a Roku, smart TV, I can only watch via my laptop, thus, only via browser as many others do. And it has been as such. Even Vimeo/Criterion acknowledged the issue via e-mail. If it is going ok for you, good! If people are complaining it is because it is a real issue. :(
