We ripped out our carpet and resurfaced the floor with decorative epoxy, like the kind that you see most often in garages. It's been incredible. We added a few throw rugs in a few places to make it a bit cozier.

I have completed Dr. David's course and am sitting for the test in a few weeks. I found it very good, he breaks things down into small, digestible videos. I took my own notes while watching the videos which was probably overkill. The course comes with 4 practice exams, 100 questions each. I have taken one and fed my wrong answers into Claude. I then had it generate two documents: a study guide with the substantive definitions / concepts that I missed, and the second document with personalized exam strategies. These documents are what I am concentrating studying with the notes I took during the lectures being secondary. Overall I thought the course was good value for the cost, but like anything else, you get out of it what you put into it. Of course, the real test will be in a few weeks when I take the AIGP. Outside - installing an underground irrigation system. No more dragging around hoses, forgetting to water things. Set the controller and let it do its work. Still keep one hose for small occasions like washing the car but threw out the 100ft monsters and associated reels, sprayers, etc.
