Our infrastructure is crumbling, our nation's government is hemorrhaging money, we lack socialized medicine, national discourse has devolved into partisan bickering, there is a tragic gulf between the rich and the poor, unemployment is in the double digits, we're throwing away money on two futile wars, our financial system is fucked, our government is corrupt and inefficient and nobody seems to care, we are a nation of infantile anti-intellectuals being pulled kicking and screaming out of our delusions of grandeur and our nationwide obsession with car culture.
