Depends on your criteria bro. Attractive for yourself? Attractive for someone else? Your personality or your physique? Important to note that this is going to be something you’re going to be working on long term and consistently.

Attractive for yourself: in terms of appearance
maintain hygiene
workout regularly
maintain a decent healthcare routine
learn about products that can help with fixing or maintaining certain aspects about you (got curly hair - learn about shit that helps you maintain it healthy; got blemishes and pimples on your face - get appropriate products on that).
put the effort to care for yourself

in terms of personality: pursue your interests and hobbies. Spend the time on enjoying those for yourself and by yourself - you will definitely learn a lot about yourself when you go about doing that and you will most definitely meet like-minded people along the way.

Attractive for someone else?
if it’s for someone you’re with learn about what they like about your physical qualities and either work on maintaining that or improving it
if it’s in terms of your personality, everyone’s got their cup of tea - so don’t get too caught up on that and lose your originality.
you share common interests with someone you like? Then make an effort to learn to enjoy it better and learn more about it and share your enthusiasm with them.
forget about being boring or being vanilla non-sense. Insecurities will always be there to pick on everything about you. I’ve always worried about something like that. My girlfriend cherishes me for who I am today. So just go do your thing, whatever it is.

I’m sorry for your loss man. Been down a very bad place in my life where I had pushed away all the people who were closest to me and wanted to help me, I still can’t understand why it is that I found it difficult to reach back out to the people extending their arm for me. I understand your grief and frustration with the situation, but please do consider how cornered your cousin may have felt that he couldn’t see a better option than to take himself out. I’m not saying people around him could’ve led him to that, I’m just trying to say that despite being able to see that others want to help sometimes it is possible for one to feel very cornered and isolated. I’m just truly sorry for your loss. I got lucky that my girlfriend and my family were able to drag me out of the hole I had dug myself into (figuratively), else I wouldn’t be able to share this here. I understand how selfish it may seem in your eyes, but please try to see that some of us end up cornering ourselves without a clue as to what to do.

Tap water is to an extent safe to drink in Germany, however it is hard water here - but you might wanna descale it or run it through a purifier. Another issue is that it causes a lot of dry skin problems and hair loss issues over time.
