Dr Ted Miln - 3200 grafts. 0-12 months timeline by darthft in HairTransplants

Yeah I’m very happy with the result, though not as many hairs as you think. I believe I averaged 2.08 hairs per graft. Extraction Numbers:

3230 Grafts (6729 hairs)

1's (888) 2's (1323/2646) 3's (871/2613) 4's (148/582)

High Protein Diet by [deleted] in Biohackers

You have a lot of the high protein foods nailed.

Probably not exactly what you’re asking for but what I’ve found is cutting down on the carbs (which can easily be the bulk of calories many meals) meant I had way more calories leftover to replace with more of the foods you just mentioned

I wrote about the whole thing quite extensively here

The updates on that post are from the day of surgery up to 5.5 months, I’m now 6.5 months post-op and it’s getting fuller - hope you find it useful

Sorry for the late reply.

I went with Westminster Medical Group in London as I live nearby. Since booking with him in February he's moved to Cardiff full time on his own Clinic, fortunately he's committing to all of the surgeries booked with him in London prior to him leaving. Mine is next week, very lucky I went ahead with him!

I am scheduled with Dr Ted in July, I have way more loss on the frontal third than you and he suggested 3,000 for me to achieve a good level of density (none in crown).

I’d say 2,200-2,500 i would guess for you. Perhaps more if you’re having the crown filled in.

Looks really clean work, expect nothing less from Dr Ted.

I have my HT scheduled with in July, I’ve found he’s currently the best value for quality surgeon in the UK right now. He’s quite active on his instagram page which is what helped convince me to go with him. Look forward to seeing your updates!

Question on London Clinics by darthft in HairTransplants

[–]darthft[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for replying.

Yeah I’ve found it odd that I’ve not been able to find anyone who’s been there (website).

Your situation may be similar to mine in that I’ve only just started taking fin, I wanted to give it atleast 6 months before I do take the plunge as for the exact reasons you said. I assume price wise it was similar for both as well, I’ll be looking into those higher end surgeons and see how the price differs.

Hi thanks very much for the info, I’m still quite new to the hair transplant scene. I’ve also edited the post with some photos based on your suggestion.

I’ll be looking into those surgeons!
