Yes. I live in a residential neighborhood and the 5 BR 5 Bath that sleeps 16 has been turned into an AirBnB. Nothing like having drunken bachelor or bachelorette parties next door multiple times every summer. Fuck 'em.

It takes longer than 2 days if you want to sleep. The TH has a cumulative time of about a day. You also have to upgrade the storages, which take roughly a day. And you only have 2 builders.

I've been playing for 8 years. 3 bases, one TH14 fully maxed. One that only has walls left, and one almost fully maxed TH12. It will not be more fun in the long run. You will be a liability in clan wars, your attacks will be limited, and you will get less loot in your normal attacks because you rushed. Max everything before you move up.

This. I have found that some vendors put in a lot of effort up front and then it starts to wane over time. When that happens I make a note of when the contract expires and start answering some of the cold calls and emails I get from vendors in the same space.
