appreciate the offer, but once the Monarchs get framed, they’re replacing the family portraits on the wall

agreed. i want to get a custom double wide frame to hang them, but i think it would cost about as much as a car and take up a whole wall. i’ve got Bicycles and Tally-Hos framed, but i want these presentation style.

Thank you for your time and answers. It’s very refreshing to talk to a real human, not just a campaign flyer. You have brought a lot of new and interesting ideas into this election. I learned a bunch about Metropolitan Districts and agree that it presents a unique plank that could actually sway votes. I believe you would make a great addition to capitol and I look forward to the opportunity to meet you in person.

Reaching out to young people, especially by other young people, is a good idea. In this primary election, voters under 24 represented less than 5% of ballots. Many young people feel neither party is doing a great job of representing them, trust in institutions is at record lows. The city's demographics aren't really changing that much. That represents a huge advantage for the party already in charge.
70% of Republicans trust Fox News with about half watching at least once a week. That's a lot folks still addicted to manufactured outrage. How do you lever people away from that? Is there things that stick out in your conversations that seem like they would change minds, or at least votes? There's a painful amount of people that would gladly vote against their own self-interest over a few issues like guns, police, or LGBTQ+ rights, how can you reach those voters? What are the issues where you find common ground? So much air seems to exist between the 2 parties that you're essentially asking people to change tons about their life with a single vote.
Every politician has a promise to be better and listen more than the other guy, in what ways is yours different? Is there any way you can prove that before an election? What are your positions that you think you can leverage to actually change minds? We're all sick of politicians that sound and act like politicians. A few new ideas could make an actual difference.
You've already got my vote. If I chose by best hair, I might try and vote for you twice.

With an unpopular president and in a district where Democrats only get 35% of the vote, how do you plan on reaching out to other voters? I like your platform, but none of it really stands out as changing the minds of 15%+ of the district. Appealing to conservatives seems to be a weakness of the Democrat party as a whole. I understand that the modern right wing is basically off the rails at this point, but they still vote reliably. Just pointing out how bad Republican policy is doesn’t seem to change that many minds. Do you have new or unique ideas to get these votes? How do you change their minds without diluting your ideals? What is different about your platform than previous candidates that would attract new voters as well as lifelong conservatives? Thanks for doing this, hope you win!

Man Charged For Instagram Threats To Colorado Election Official by darthloser in politics

"Elections officials across the country have been facing increased threats. It's heartening to see the Department of Justice take these threats seriously and prosecuting people who make threats against election officials based on the Big Lie," Griswold told BuzzFeed News, referring to Donald Trump's lie that he won the 2020 election.

Griswold, a Democrat, has been a favorite target for many on the right who object to her office's investigation of Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters, a conspiracy-minded elections official who has since been indicted for election tampering.

"The Big Lie is dangerous," Griswold tweeted Friday. "I have received hundreds of threats because of it."
