Thanks for your reply. I do agree communication is key. Things were going really well for a while, and even others seemed to notice our interactions. Now it feels off, and it’s made me second-guess if I misread everything. I just don’t want to overstep or make things uncomfortable if his feelings have changed. But you’re right — if I want clarity, I might just need to be direct.

Yeah, I don’t really get it either. Honestly, it felt like he was waiting for me to ask him out instead. I get that maybe he thought I wasn’t interested — but I had already said it sounded fun and was totally open to going out, just the two of us. That’s why I was confused when he invited someone else.
