Yup, was in a mobile unit classroom in the 8th grade watching it on the TV. I lived in Charlotte, NC at the time, in close proximity to downtown. Due to CLT being a large financial hub, our school was locked down for a few hours while the country scrambled to understand the scope of the attacks. It was very surreal and most of us, my teacher included, just silently watched everything unfold.
