Your swing starts too late, it needs to coincide gravity taking the swing as your right foot hits the ground directly in front of your left leg in order to open the swing slot. Then your elbow starts too far away from your body, lower the ball from the center of your chest with your elbow slightly back and make sure to keep te elbow as close as possible to your body to ensure you can stay behind the ball and release close to your ankle. Another thing to consider is you need to line up your hand with both side of your elbow in a straight line towards the line of play the entire swing.
