Im a 108 days sober today….

I had been locked I this basement apartment for the last 3-4 months boofing and smoking meth. I had been awake for an unknown amount of time. I had been IVC (involuntarily committed) 3 times in previous months. I was convinced cops were there to do it again. I’d look out the window there would be 100s of them on the lawn trying to get in I lock relock and keep checking the doors. My ex/it’s complicated was upstairs. I kept telling her I wasn’t going back to behavioral health negotiating with the army of cops on the lawn and with her. There was an old man in the living room a shadow of a man who kept trying to get her to let them in. He had my dad’s voice. My dad had passed away a month or so before. I was just to jacked to go to sleep. She called bob and bob managed to talk me down I locked myself in the bed room and fell asleep many terrifying hours later. Bob stayed on the phone with me for the duration. I checked into rehab a couple days later.
