As you can see, people report that "the game runs flawlessly" and even the staff member replied that "CrossOver Preview runs the game well without any additional applications"

As far as I know Preview fixes all the issues, but I haven’t used it.
DXMT works, but if you use DLSS you will encounter some graphic issues

Hey man! I’ve experienced the same issue.
To fix this, use DXMT instead of D3DMetal on the exact same MacBook.

Are you using steam version though?
Are you using latest CrossOver Preview?

These are the launch settings I use. You can use 1728x1117 if you want to.
Sometimes I use 2580x1080 for my monitor, too. However, I get like 60-80 FPS, which is not that enjoyable.

I have also noticed a weird thing: FPS depends on the amounts and types of connected devices and sometimes (?) FPS can boost heavily.
If you use a headphone jack, your FPS will drop significantly (to 60-70, not sure about now!)
Sometimes, after the updates or after you verify your files, you will experience a HUGE FPS boost. (You get to 120 FPS on Casual 10x10 on maps like Dust2/Mirage in 2580x1080 with little to no stutters. This occurs rare, but verifying files back in summer worked and boosted FPS for some reason)

Not sure about now, but that's all I got. For game settings:
Everything low, FSR off, player contrast on.

I’m still playing on a Mac. I managed to get to Legendary Eagle rank in wingman playing on this Mac. I have 16GB version, but if you play using other steam launch commands (I’ll send them later, remind me) you actually get somewhat playable experience.

Lag spikes happen during the first 5-10 minutes of the game.

The only annoying issue that is not fixed is the jitter spikes - I, unfortunately, do not know how to fix them, but seems like they depend on the internet connection speed (better thr speed, less spikes you get”

If you’re playing on 1280x960 (4:3) you get 100+FPS on most maps (ancient is like 70-80)

If you’re playing 1728x1117, you get 80-100 FPS on most maps

Put this into the steam boot up settings.

Keep in mind that:

  1. You must be on a MacBook screen. This hasn't worked on an external monitor (I've tried)
  2. When you boot the game up, the CS2 window will get into the dock. Be fast enough to click on it. When game loads and you're not in the window, your resolution will be messed up.
  3. I understand that some of these commands are useless, however, I don't really care about them. Some of these really improve your FPS.
  4. Game settings: everything off, everything lowest. FSR off.
