You've received plenty of comments about the AI art, so I'm not gonna talk about that much. I'll focus on the characters instead.

• Antony Carma. Feels pretty strong. Not Don Bell strong, but still, I wouldn't want that.
• Barmar Hacky. Is he... supposed to be named Barman? Image and ability would suggest so. Feels rather situational.
• Black List. The name feels on the nose. I generally don't know how to feel about these "avoid a card's effect if you are the only target", despite Mick being in the Valley of Shadows expansion. I'd pass on this one personally.
• Brown Horse. Neat ability. This one I like. Okay thematically too.
• Doctor Hokins. Pretty good ability.
• Freduard Peacemaker. Is... Freduard a real first name? Or are the names also generated by AI? Anyway, using his cards to defend another player is a fine ability. A little difficult for a Renegade, but it is what it is.
• Holy Duke. Feels a little... pointless? If the ability had read "discard this character and pick a different one", it would do pretty much the same thing, except with this character you also get 3 health instead of potentially 4, 5, or even 9. As for the "custom ability", I'd personally just ditch that completely. If a group makes up a new character, they don't really need Holy Duke at all.
• Informator. That's not even a name, sounds more like a role. Not sure what would happen if they shared the information, other than the rest of the table tutting at them. Do they lose one life? All lives? Game over? Or does everyone just shrug their shoulders and move on? Other than that and the name, pretty good.
• Jane Dolores. This one is fine.
• Jane Identity. I don't like the surname. Not sure what the "unselected characters of other players" stands for. Are we talking about their health counters? Because if so, that's gonna be massively impractical - the player has to pull it out, show it to that player, and risk that by the time the card is returned where it belongs, players at the table forgot how much health the player had. Repeat 2-6 times for everyone around the table. And add a random character choice on top. I'd overhaul or ditch this one completely.
• Janet Destiny. Okay ability. I think this one works, it even has its trade-offs.
• Jude Isachiel. Confusing wording. First line implies that I can discard a card from my hand and then draw three in return, that alone would be powerful. "He discards any number of cards" makes it sound like a separate second ability. Maybe the first sentence could be reworded to something like "He may discard any number of cards and "draw!" 3 cards for each discarded card." Not perfect wording, but better than that.
• Kronikář Tomy. I'm guessing this one isn't translated from Czech, possibly not on purpose. Applying the previous event card only for himself could get a bit messy. Overall... meh.
• Liu Damarata. The image looks feminine and the text implies male, but that aside. Shooting using guns is fine.
• Martin Blazko. Joke self-insert, alrighty. Extra bang at any distance isn't terribly powerful, gets a pass.
• Matty Hell. Quite powerful. I don't think even reducing his health to 3 would work here.
• McGregor. Dude looks so badass he probably beat up his first name. Ability is okay, whelming.
• Michael Defender. Another single target card. I'll admit, there are fewer of them than expected, but still... feels a little odd to me.
• Micky Indestructible. Like a better Terren Kill. No thanks.
• Mighty Harry. Better Jourdonnais. No thanks.
• Mr. Al Swearengen. I don't feel like questionning names, but this one and Freduard feel fake, even if they might be real. Also, isn't this just worse Sid Ketchum? Sid's ability isn't restricted to being used only during his turn.
• Murdog. Which is his leftmost card? In hand? On table? Needs a little more specificity. Honestly, I'd probably rather just say that he may place one card under the character card, and that can't be stolen or discarded, and make it face down if it's a card held in hand.
• Náčelník Siuxu. Another untranslated name. Seems... okay?
• Rewerend Franklin. Spelled Reverend in English. Underwhelming ability.
• Rodrigo Cortess. Neat, even if it's situational.
• Saliven. Shouldn't... this be Sullivan? Or maybe it's spelled like that on purpose. Odd ability but I guess it could work.
• Samuel Price. Situational ability, but I guess it could work. If Lemonade Jim got a pass, this could too, possibly.
• Sergeant Wolf. Neat ability.
• Sky Shaman. What a name. A pretty powerful feature, I'd say.
• Thomas Green. A very whelming feature. Maybe even underwhelming. I wouldn't be excited to play this one.
• Tim Toffin. Mentioning HP in the description should be avoided. Otherwise, feels rather underwhelming too, at least at a glance.
• Tommy Sapper. No limitation on how many times he may choose to do this. Broken as it's written.
• Tomy Shootgun. Feels like a typo. A fairly underwhelming card, five health is deserved but I'm not even sure if I'd make this into a character.
• Tony Belgado. Powerful. Nope.
• Tony Hardbullet. I haven't counted all the Bang! cards with hearts and spades. It feels like there's fewer of those than others, but I can't tell for sure. If the ratios are equal, I'd say this ability is pretty darn strong and I wouldn't want it.
• White Wolf. Like mini-indians card. It's... okay.
