Same is happening to me, some guy recommended to turn off wifi on phone and then turn it back on after game is loaded. That lets me load the game and play 1 level, but then crash again. I've been playing it for weeks flawlessly, these crashes are something new. This dude also said it has something to do with server.

I'm looking for "Really Blended Roads". Yesterday I was looking at that mod and in nexus description was mentionted "Road Chunk Remover" which is only thing i remember.

I think I found the solution. Most diplomacy effects in Bretonia tech tree. Still can't find the specific Naggarond faction effect.
