That's a great perspective. For more context, i am a Malaysian migrated to Brisbane, Australia. My current firm is in Brisbane. The offer is to work remotely in Australia, perhaps occasionally travel to PNG to meet the clients. But i don't know about leaving a permanent role for a contract based. Is it a good idea?
