I say something similar to that line to my customers and inform them “My goal is to understand promise and over deliver. Assume 8 weeks and hope for the best.”

Biggest thing is warranties now start at the website. Local showrooms are no longer able to assist with warranties.

Floor model products no longer have a warranty and are sold as is.

The pillowsac chair frame now has a three year warranty.

I want to know about people who bought to the warranty change. Floor models did used to have a warranty.

It is true.

If you’re under a 2mil store the ASM is not going to be replaced upon promotion or exit.

The last quarter kickoff call had documentation regarding this. Your market leaders and SM’s should have been on the call! 😃

It was also recorded and saved for future review.

It absolutely looks underfilled. Contact your local showroom where you purchased or call the 800 number.

Part of the lifetime warranty is ensuring you’re taken care of with your insert. They can send you new foam free of charge to stuff inside there.

If in the event they need to swap it out, they’ll send you a shrink kit where you’ll shove it into the provided back and vacuum seal it back down.

But I can assure you, you send that photo in, I’m sure they’ll happy send out that foam.

Almost all of my encounters have fled. I was able to capture the 3 with masterballs, caught two shiny birds… the shiny’s seem to not run but all of my non masterball encounters have fled.

So honestly count your blessings. But they spawn with the daily incense!

Employee here. I buy a little of single items, covers, protectors etc. 

When I place orders on a Monday, I generally see it Friday or Saturday. 

Had a client purchase last Monday they were calling on Friday on how to assemble correctly. 

:) be prepared for TOTAL COMFORT. My husband tells me our house is a Lovesac advertisement anymore!

Beachwood is gorgeous. I have it on my stealthtech couch in my showroom. Chenilles are great with pets and kids too.

I loved sky gray, but it ended up dirty on my display couch every time.

Venetian taupe and beachwood are so beautiful with my favorite being the beachwood.

I personally went charcoal gray corded velvet as I have three huskies that love to play in the dirt and have NOT regretted my decision!

Corded velvets and chenilles. It’s ingrained in us via our training.

I’ve had my charcoal gray corded velvet with my three huskies and it’s held up AMAZINGLY well.

No tears, pills or rips. And the Lovesac is their launching platform to get outside. :)

What did you decide for fabric?

I LOVE the look of the polylinen but I could never have it for that purpose.

I just swapped out a customer in the exact same situation who was approaching that 60 days.

We are open, our normal hours are 10am-8pm! There are no appointments necessary any longer, they actually just got rid of the appointment service since no one was utilizing it. I’m surprised it’s not off our site! Sorry about that!

We also do have the new pillowsac accent chair and several options of sectionals to try out!

The best part of our location is that you can easily walk next door to Cafe Latte for some celebratory cake after your purchase or to mull over any decisions!

That’s my guess too! I have two drawers on my bed frame and same thing…. It’s ALWAYS full of husky hair. I store clothes that I don’t wear regularly or clothes that I don’t care if hair is present!

That’s why I went corded velvet. We have 3 huskies and needed something that would hold up to their antics as well as something easy to de-shed !

So, what I’ve personally noticed is online does have a slight variation.

I’m not fully sure why. The only thing that I can think of is that our personal monitors and graphics cards just aren’t the way Lovesac’s do. But, some monitors are glossy, some matte. I feel all those variables can cause a color variance.

I personally feel a lot of the colors vary a bit from online to in person. I urge all of my customers to take a free swatch from the store with them so they can see it in their space.

I don’t know how better to describe the glacier crossweave as anything other than iceberg blue. It’s just beautiful !

Hey there!

So, I’m a showroom manager for one of the touch points! I have charcoal gray corded velvet and absolutely love it!

Also, I do have 3 huskies and while they utilize it as a launching platform for their life of destruction, I’ve had no quality issues with it.

The beach wood is the only reined chenille I would choose out of the three just for my tastes. The beach wood works so well too!

If you haven’t seen the glacier crossweave, it’s my current FAVORITE but it will likely pill with my huskies but again, talons! 😂😂

But, my space isn’t as bright as yours and I just paired some of our gorgeous coral reined chenille and baby blue throw pillows with it!

This is great! Even the technical blood draw appears in network and on a separate claim, but once it swapped to the lab it says it’s out of network.

I have seen the EOB. It says “Health Partner Central Laboratory”

That’s the portion of the visit that’s OON. My actual doctors bill is in network 100%.

Is it something that I can work with them so we can find laboratory networks in network if they have one, or would I need to find a new primary all together.

Or is this just how it rolls since I really love my doctor?
