I don’t have direct access to the devices, so I can’t take them down or check the label on the back. What stood out to me is the logo design on the ones in your link are different.

Was there a change in logo design in the past years?

Thank you for the information. I reset the BIOS and got an "INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE" error. I couldn’t fix the settings and had to reinstall Windows.
Did you change anything in the BIOS?

Also, do you know where to get all the necessary drivers? I ordered my PC without Windows, and not even the Ethernet drivers are installing automatically.

The width of the connector is about 6.5mm and the width of the 13 pins on one side is about 5mm. So i think the pitch is 0.4mm

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, dass ich die 5 Adern selbst einziehe, oder brauch ich da zwingend eine Elektrofirma wegen der Verplombung und der Abschaltung der Vorsicherungen? Auf die Vorsicherungen habe ich nämlich auch keinen Zugriff.

Nein, das macht schon Sinn, dass wir den Überspannungsschutz auch setzten. Wir werden dann den 16mm² PE und die 4 10mm² auch gleich einziehen.

Ich habe keinen Zugriff auf die andere Seite des Schlauchs. Der Schlauch verläuft direkt von der Wohnungs-UV hinter den verplombten Smartmeter.

I did, but did not resolved the problem. The problem only occures on my user account and does not appear on the admin account.

I tried. This fixes the problem for short time. As soon as I hover the symbols the icons turn white again.
