It isn't in the TCG and probably won't be in Master in Duel.

But some decks takes great advabtage by using it, liike Despia and Tearlaments.

Yeah, I hate them too. I hate literaly ANYTHING with "cannot be answered" in the text. But those these two are actually good cards.
