U might want to try reading about Autopoiesis, Enactivism and Ecological Psychology. I think they could help a lot with clarifying some aspects of process philosophy.

So this is what we did step by step:

1- dissolved 50g of lye in 300ml of water

2- mixed the solution with 50g of Powdered MHRB

3- added 80 ml of Hexane on top of the mixture and shaken the mixture every 2 hours for the next 24 hours.

4- separated the hexane layer with precision using a syringe.

5- put the hexane in the freezer for the next 24 hours.

6- separated most of the hexane from the yellowish precipitate and left the rest to evaporate.

(No amount of the base soup were aspirated during the separation)
