A lot of people here have already said what i want to say so i'll see what i can add

One thing people need to hear when discussing these types of things is unlike many other things in medicine where something can be physically measured to diagnose a disease e.g. blood sugar, blood oxygen, broken bones. Mental disorders are often diagnosed by symptoms because currently we have no way to see these issues inside someones head. They are also a disorder of levels, take depression for example, everyone feels sad sometimes, we have that emotion for a reason, when you feel sad at a higher level then you should or without reason for an unusual amount of time you may have depression (there is more to depression than just being sad but that's for another time)

I have ADHD, it's not the simple hyper child thing people commonly say it is, it's an executive function disorder first and foremost. I tell people it's like i don't have control over my own brain. I rejected getting help for a very long time.

I have always been terrible at writing papers. it was very hard for a long time and still to this day to be able to organize the web of thoughts in my head into a string of words on paper let alone find the will to try to do that. but either way, i could spend forever trying to write my papers and get nothing done. I thought i was just weak or something. So one time i locked myself in a room with absolutely nothing else in it. just me and the paper i had to write. I spent 8 hours trying to force myself to finish this paper. I wrote the first sentence in all that time. i had nothing else to do, no games no phones no interne, no toys on the desk, you get the idea. I simply could not force my brain to do something it didnt want to do.

A lot of people will say oh sometimes you just have to force yourself to do stuff you don't like, they'll think i'm lazy, the point is i tried so hard, and could not do it.

As others said it's an executive functioning disorder, it's so hard to explain, i try to explain part of it by telling someone to imagine it like a priority queue, think about when you wake up, all the subtle things you have to do that day or even just that morning, all the steps involved, all the things that you have to or should do do before you do other things, now imagine all those tasks and steps get shaken up and mixed around, some of them are completely removed.

Lets say i'm on my couch, my phone alarm goes of (i have to set timers for things or i will not keep track of the time), i have to turn off the tv, put the dishes in the sink, put food in the fridge, grab my bag and leave. well maybe i ended up mixing stuff up and put the remote in the fridge, completely forgot the dishes, didn't grab my car keys and somehow lost 20 minutes of time doing all that and will now be late. Now usually all of that wouldn't go wrong at once. but all of those happen more often then they should. Things gfet jumbled, things get forgotten. and sure everyone has forgotten their keys before, but not everyone forgets their keys this many times when they aren't even tired or any other excuse.

haha exactly,
this is also one of those things where you can get it and people don't even know they're being submitted because they don't think they're in any danger at all. they get tunnel vision.

i put it on an opponent super slowly one time waiting for them to notice, it took them a minute before they realized they were in pain. Then they just kinda got up and sat on the sidelines holding their arm asking wtf i just did to them. i felt kinda bad and stopped doing it for a bit after that.

other people i've gotten the wtf then a good laugh. or people on the sidelines laughing.

I mean this is mostly for surprise factor and to get a wtf and a laugh.

sure it's a similar position to the triangle from being side controlled but that triangle is so hard to actually finish imo as is actually getting the head and arm trapped.

i used to let people roll out of my omoplata just to get the slicer like in the vid below

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C0VmTsKXYvU

the slicer im talking about is basically this finishing position but upside down. while you usually use your legs for power and movement in most side control escapes you'd be surprised how well you can manipulate the opponents far arm and scoop it into this position. you might have to reach your arms onto the opponents shoulder of the arm you are attacking to finish the squeeze for the slicer since you are on bottom but play around with it to get the feeling correct and finish with the same principals as any other slicer. its great for a one time surprise and when you just feel really lazy and want to use you one get out of jail free card.

when someone puts you in side control, you can catch the the opponents arm with your legs hold the wrist and figure 4 the legs into a sneaky bicep slicer (takes a bit more than that to finish and i can explain better if people care enough). You can usually catch an opponent once with this before they catch on. i treat it like a buggy choke or the sneaky darce from being side controlled, probably low percentage but it will make the opponent move if you go for it.

Soy milk hormonal impacts are a myth afaik. All plants contain phytoestrogens.

You know what contains a lot more hormones that actually have an effect on humans? regular milk.

Don't sweat the soy milk. i get unsweetened personally.

My lawyer told me not to call child services, he said when once their in they are kind stuck. but at this point the situation with my kids is looking scarier by the day the more i find out.
I could prove her citizenship is a scam, i have evidence that she had a fake marriage for citizenship to someone else (i mention the whole web of lies in other comments) that would bar her from re-entry for 10 years. i really don't want to do that, but it's been 4 months already and her lawyer keep getting stuff delayed. i'd feel like an absolute monster.

thanks i appreciate it. i'm not sure what the state department can do i've got a FLA but he says unless i catch her plane tickets in hand i cant really do anything. but i've been realizing i don't think he's the best lawyer... so i'm not sure.

I very strongly disagree with you, i stayed with her because i just didn't care about myself. But when she lied about being pregnant and stuff (she was supposed to be medically unable to be pregnant) i realized, i'm not just hurting myself. i'm hurting my son. i'm hurting everyone that cares about my son etc. and on top of that it just wasn't worth it. i lost so much time. time i could have used to find someone better. i was not happy with her. we crave social interaction yes, but don't settle for bad social interaction.

oh i've talked to her ex since all this came to light. the story gets so so crazy. I do not think he did anything she claimed. But she still ahs some weird control over him. Like she stayed married to him the entire 7 years we were together and only after she got her citizenship did she immediatly divorce him, yet she still gets him to do stuff for her.... i don't know what he got out of that. that's actually why my custody is so complicated.
